One of the few comment sections where everybody agrees that even though the trainer seems like a nice guy who says obvious but helpful things, it would be better if he were honest about those 'supplements'. It's not like they play a small part in this 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, with the amount of stupidity you come across online on a regular basis, it's actually kind of nice to see a comment section filled with people who aren't the least bit fooled by this 😄

  2. When you talk about 4 days a week for men, how long is each workout? For Aniston you said an hour but how long for Miles Teller / Bradley Cooper etc? 90 Min? Including warm up?

  3. Two things stand out:

    1: I enjoy learning about Celebrity Trainers and their clientele.

    2: VF needs to stop with all of the jump cuts. I want to watch, and learn, but jumping so much is distracting.
